EURES Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro is looking for a chef/cook for Esbern Snare Brasserie & Cocktail Bar in Kalundborg, Denmark.

Esbern Snare Brasserie & Cocktail Bar is a well-established and busy restaurant located in the heart of Kalundborg's main pedestrian street.

The restaurant offers a modern Danish cuisine with a Nordic twist, combined with classic brasserie dishes and a varied à la carte menu. Alongside the daily restaurant service, the kitchen also caters for private dining events and special occasions, providing a varied and dynamic working environment.

The company offers a structured and professional kitchen, respectful leadership, and the opportunity to contribute with your own ideas and creativity while working in a stable and friendly team.

• Experience working in a professional kitchen and experience with à la carte service,
• ability to manage food preparation, mise en place and service in a structured way,
• team player with a strong focus on quality and consistency,
• ability to work independently and take responsibility during service,
• able to work in a busy restaurant environment,
• good command of English (Danish is an advantage, but not required),
• EU/EEA citizenship or a valid Danish residence and work permit.

Kalundborg, Denmark.

• Full-time employment with fixed work schedule (weekend work included),
• salary: approximately DKK 30,000–35,000 gross per month (4.013- 4.682 € gross per month), depending on qualifications and experience, and five weeks of paid holiday,
• start date: as soon as possible / by agreement,
• company accommodation available,
• assistance with relocation and settling in Denmark,
• possibility of support with moving costs and/or paid accommodation during the first month (by agreement),
• staff meals provided, work clothing supplied and staff discounts,
• opportunity to contribute to menu development and create new dishes,
• professional, structured and friendly working environment,
• English can be used as the working language.
