EURES network is looking for a Buyer Equipment and Medical Devices for MEG, an ISO-certified and GDP-compliant pharmaceutical wholesale organisation based in the Netherlands.

As a Buyer within our dynamic purchasing team, you’ll take full ownership of a product portfolio
aligned with your expertise—medical equipment, devices and consumables.
You will work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver real-world impact through smart
sourcing and effective supplier partnerships.

• Sourcing internationally to secure quality products on the best commercial terms
• managing and negotiating strategic supplier relationships and contracts
• building and optimizing a high-performing, future-proof product portfolio
• conducting benchmarking and continuous market evaluations
• keeping product dossiers and documentation fully up to date
• advising internal teams on category trends and market intelligence
• monitoring and improving supplier performance
• collaborating cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and quality assurance.

• A relevant university degree or HBO-level qualification
• at least 5 years of procurement experience in an international setting
• strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• preferably: in-depth product knowledge of equipment
• a proactive and self-driven attitude; capable of working independently and in teams
• open-minded, collaborative mindset; comfortable mentoring junior colleagues.
