Mansione

• Supervisionare la produzione del cantiere per l'esecuzione di elettrodotti.
• Coordinare il personale di cantiere e gestire la logistica dei mezzi, delle attrezzature e degli approvvigionamenti.
• Collaborare con i Capisquadra per il rispetto del programma di lavoro in accordo con il Responsabile Tecnico/Project Manager.

Requisiti Indispensabili

• Diploma di Geometra o Elettrotecnico e/o laurea in Ingegneria Civile e pregressa esperienza nella mansione di 2-5 anni.
• Conoscenza intermedio-avanzata (B2/C1) della lingua tedesca e della lingua italiana (B2/C1, se seconda lingua).
• Buona conoscenza delle tecniche di navigazione web, della gestione della posta elettronica – Outlook – e di programmi come Word ed Excel.
• Disponibilità a trasferte nella UE, in particolare Austria e Germania.
• Puntualità, flessibilità e capacità di adattamento, capacità di lavorare in team, attitudine al problem solving e collaborazione.
• Patente B.

Orario full-time di 40 ore settimanali, dal lunedi al venerdì.
CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, inquadramento B3.
RAL da € 45.000,00 a € 50.000,00. Vitto ed alloggio inclusi.

No. 1 Site Supervisor (Capocantiere) in Bregenz – Austria

Fixed-term contract for 24 months with the aim of stabilisation.  
Opportunity for employment with an Italian or Austrian contract.  
Expected start date: September 2026.

Role/Duties

• Supervise site production for the execution of power line works.
• Coordinate site personnel and manage logistics for vehicles, equipment and supplies.
• Work with the team leaders (Capisquadra) to ensure compliance with the work programme in accordance with the Technical Manager/Project Manager.

Essential Requirements

• Qualification as Geometra or in Electrical Engineering and/or a degree in Civil Engineering, plus prior experience in the role of 2–5 years.
• Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge (B2/C1) of German and Italian (B2/C1 if the latter is not mother tongue).
• Good command of web-browsing techniques, email management – Outlook – and software such as Word and Excel.
• Willingness to be posted across the EU, in particular in Austria and Germany.
• Punctuality, flexibility and ability to adapt, teamwork skills, problem-solving attitude and collaboration.
• Driving licence B.

Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday.  
CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, grade B3.  
Gross salary (RAL) from €45,000.00 to €50,000.00. Meals and accommodation included.

Baustellenleiter (Capocantiere) in Bregenz – Österreich

Unbefristeter Vertrag (zunächst) mit Laufzeit von 24 Monaten, mit dem Ziel einer anschließenden Stabilisierung.  
Möglichkeit einer Einstellung mit italienischem oder österreichischem Vertrag.
Geplanter Beginn: September 2026.

Aufgabenbereich

• Die Baustellenproduktion für die Ausführung von Elektroleitungen überwachen.
• Das Baustellenpersonal koordinieren und die Logistik der Fahrzeuge, Ausrüstungen sowie der Materialbeschaffung steuern.
• Mit den Vorarbeitern (Capisquadra) zusammenarbeiten, um die Einhaltung des Arbeitsprogramms in Übereinstimmung mit dem Technischen Leiter/Project Manager sicherzustellen.

Unverzichtbare Anforderungen

• Diplom im Bereich Vermessungswesen/Bau (Geometra) oder Elektrotechnik und/oder Bachelor/Master in Bauingenieurwesen sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Position von 2–5 Jahren.
• Solide Kenntnisse mit Schwerpunkt Mittelstufe bis Fortgeschritten (B2/C1) in der deutschen Sprache und in Italienisch (B2/C1, falls zweite Sprache).
• Gute Kenntnisse der Web-Browsing-Techniken, der Verwaltung des E-Mail-Verkehrs – Outlook – sowie von Programmen wie Word und Excel.
• Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen in der EU, insbesondere nach Österreich und Deutschland.
• Pünktlichkeit, Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und Kooperationsbereitschaft.
• Führerschein Klasse B.

Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche), Montag bis Freitag.  
CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, Einstufung B3.  
Jahresgehalt (RAL) von 45.000,00 € bis 50.000,00 €. Verpflegung und Unterkunft inbegriffen.
